Mindscape Retreat provides a structured, therapeutic adult day support program for individuals 18 and older. Our licensed facility focuses on life skills, community inclusion, and fostering meaningful connections in a safe, nurturing environment.

Our goal is to move away from clinical, institutional settings toward a supportive, boutique-style retreat where participants can build essential life skills, form lasting friendships, and engage meaningfully with their community.

Who We Serve
We proudly support adults ages 18 and older with a range of needs.
We welcome individuals of all abilities and backgrounds and tailor support to meet each person's unique needs.
We accept major medical insurance as well as self-pay
Our team works with multiple major medical insurance plans, as well as some private insurance companies and self-pay.
You can request prior authorization and approval for our program through your healthcare provider.

A Day at Mindscape Retreat
Sessions available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Includes structured programming such as life skills development, music, games, wellness breaks, exercise activities, and continued community and social activities. Participants will be able to spend time interacting with other participants during and between these activities.
Lunches can be brought with participants, or lunch can be provided for an additional cost.

What are your hours?
We have sessions available Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
Do you provide transportation?
No, our program does not provide transportation.
Are meals provided?
Our program does not include lunch for participants. Lunch can be brought by participants, or selected from an approved caterer to be provided to them for an additional fee
Can participants leave the program location?
No, participants remain onsite for the duration of their scheduled session.
What is your staffing ratio?
Our staffing ratios meet all state requirements and are designed to ensure safety and support.
What is the age range?
We serve adults ages 18 and older.
